One can never exhaust all the piano lessons and all the music pieces to play. It can be something that you can enjoy doing your whole life through. Performance anxiety can happen to many people, even the greats. Hopefully over time you get over this nervousness and progress onwards. To do this you have to have a carefree attitude when playing, so don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
